hey everyone. boy, I really don't update this much.
I'm starting into my second semester of maya. About to start work on my demo reel. That means 'real life' is sneaking up on me quickly- soon I'll have a job and all that.
Scary. But I look forward to it as well- who wants to be a broke student forever?
Life is going well. I'm happy and healthy (ok, I have a cold right now, but that's not so bad) and had a great break.
2008 was a good year for me. Got out of the crazyness of the year before, settled a lot of things in life and I feel like I really moved somewhere in my art. I'd felt a bit stagnant before, so it was great to feel like I

YARRRGH! This system is ANNOYING!
So... Happy Birthday kiddo! You will find a present in your larder up top... enough points from me for a 3 month ad-free premium membership (or whatever else you might want to use those points for - your call)! I tried to do it directly, but for some reason beyond the fathoms of most confuser programmers, this system dA is using refuses to allow me to give such things in any of the three ways allowed (credit card, PayPal or POINTS) Oddly, it allows me to BUY points for myself, and the transfer system still works... so there you have it. Maybe its my TRHQ association... I don'no. For added insult, the point-transfer service doesn't let you know that there's a 250 character limit to notes added to said gift, so the said note looks a bit said-wonky when you try to read it. Again, this also could be attributed to my lack of coordination and extreme pain my old bones are going through after this weekend's OTAKON romp.
